Coral Island –
Known locally as Koh Hae, this is a great day out for most people. The two main beaches on this island offer great views where you can enjoy a candlelit dinner while watching the sunset.
How to reach Koh Racha
You can reach Koh Racha Island by boat from Rawai Beach or Chalong Pier. Some speedboats take only 35 minutes to reach Racha Island. A boat ride from Chalong Pier costs almost 1,200 THB. The longtail boats from Rawai Beach take over an hour to reach Koh Racha Island.
Best time to visit
Visiting Koh Racha will be fun from November to April. These months are best for diving and other activities as they offer the best visibility.
