Ramayana Water Park, one of Pattaya’s newest attractions, is the largest water park in South East Asia. The park provides a fantastic day out for both young and elderly, featuring thrills, excitement, and leisure.
The park features several magnificent slides, including some of the world’s longest and other unusual rides, such as the Python and the Anaconda, a wave pool, a lazy river, two kids’ zones, restaurants, a Thai massage area, and several other attractions.
Ramayana is neat. Parasols around the park shade Sun loungers. Lifeguards are stationed at each ride and pool.
The park is in a lovely rural area with beautiful views of the surrounding green hills and a lake.
21 Water slides
Ramayana has 21 water slides, including some of the world’s most prolonged and significant, and four that are not found in any other water park in Thailand.
The park has a good selection of slides for people of all ages and levels of bravery. You can ride them as many times as you wish and enjoy one adrenaline rush after another. Riders must be over 122 cm tall to ride the adu-lt slides for safety reasons.
Warm up with the Spiral, Serpentine & River Slide
Begin with the Spiral, Serpentine, and River Slide, three enjoyable rides that will prepare you for the more thrilling thrills.
Slide down in a single or double tube through the mostly closed Spiral or the Serpentine, a half-open, half-closed slide that ends in the pool. The River Slide culminates in a splash in the Lazy Wavy River.
Feel the ground disappearing from under your feet
Two of Ramayana’s numerous exhilarating rides will give you a rush. Begin with the Aqualoop, a magnificent ride in which you practically feel the ground disappear beneath your feet before racing through a 360-degree loop and splashing into the water.
Try the Freefall next. The floor disappears beneath your feet as you stand in a capsule, and you race down.
Pools and the Lazy River
After the thrill of the water slides, unwind in one of Ramayana’s pools. Parasols shelter Sun loungers at each pool. The park’s largest pool, the Double Wave Pool, includes a 150-meter-long beach. The collection boasts huge waves in one half and calm waves in the other. The Relax Pool is a bubble pool with a bar serving various beverages.
At the big Activity Pool, you can play water volleyball, practice aerobics, or relax in the jacuzzi on either end. Swim or float along the 500-meter-long Lazy Wavy River, which features geysers, waves, water bubbles, waterfalls, and a cave.
Children’s Aqua Play and Aqua Splash
The Aqua Play and Aqua Splash areas at Ramayana Water Park are ideal for children. Smaller water slides, jets, sprinklers, and other things for kids to climb and splash around are available here.
Other points of interest
Take a River Walk to the Floating Market and have some fruit juice or a snack served by a long tail boat, or explore the Green Maze labyrinth or Lake Island’s fruit and herb garden.
Enjoy a Thai massage at the massage area close to the Double Wave Pool for ultimate relaxation.
Food, beverages, and ice cream
Food and beverages are offered to suit all tastes. Head to one of the restaurants serving both Western and Thai cuisine, or have your meal delivered to your chair or private cabana.
There are numerous ice cream and food stalls throughout the park and various bars, one of which is located in the Relax Pool.
