Qualifications

- that the visitor can support themselves throughout their visit without the help of the government or a job. If the applicant will be housed by family members or friends in the UK, they must certify that they are currently (or will be at the time of the visit) legally present in the country and intend to offer housing and support;
- that the applicant will be able to exit the UK when their stay is over.

UK Tourist Visa Requirements
- Intent to visit the UK for a short period – no more than 6 months.
- Intent to leave the UK after the end of your visit
- Demonstrate that you can meet the cost of the return or onward journey
- Must show that you have enough funds to maintain and accommodate yourself in the UK
- Evidence of strong ties to Thailand or compelling reasons that they will come back

- Letter of invitation (by a UK citizen or permanent resident)
- Letter of sponsorship (by a UK citizen or permanent resident)
- Evidence of stable employment by the sponsor
